his method is divided in three levels.
What you will read in these pages is something similar to what I explain in the meditation seminaries.
Remember: the method is a part of the path, which will help you acquire the habit to meditate.
A mystic Hindu said
“More important than activity,
devotion or discernment
is meditatio.
Real meditation consists of concentrating solely on the Spirit. This is esoteric meditation: the most elevated form of activity that man can accomplish and, at the same time, the most balanced method to find God”.
But let us not get ahead of the events. We will see it all, step by step, in the following books about the Path to the Sacred.
